    “In Riposto vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Iedere dag, behalve op zondag, gelegenheid om lekkere vis te kopen. Op wandelafstand van het verblijf, kan je heel lekker ijs proeven! Het huis is ideaal gelegen voor interessante uitstappen: Taormina, de Etna, Catania (alleen centrum vonden wij interessant).”

    “Riposto ist nicht unbedingt der attraktivste Urlaubsort, was uns und unseren Bedürfnissen aber entgegenkam. So konnten wir sizilianisches Alltagsleben kennenlernen. Die kleine Stadt muss mal wohlhabend gewesen sein, früher, das sieht man ihr noch an. Heute sieht sie eher verarmt aus und teilweise auch verfallen. Hat aber durchaus einen Charme. Der Ort liegt am Fuße des Ätna und nur eine knappe Busstunde von Taormina entfernt, deshalb haben wir hier unsere erste Unterkunft gewählt. Die Möglichkeiten frischen Fisch und Obst und Gemüse einzukaufen, sind sehr gut. Supermärkte für die anderen Dinge gibt es auch. Alles ist sehr nah. Wir haben zwei Restaurants gefunden, in denen wir sehr gut essen konnten.”
