The holiday apartments are part of a little terraced house complex, on the outskirts of La Ciaccia – ideal for all those who would like o spend a quiet holiday at the heart of the Costa Smeralda.

The holiday apartments are completely independent. The apartments have heating and a free wireless Internet connection. The two apartments share use of a barbecue. Parking space is available on site. The owners live on the same site, in the apartment next door.

Within 500 metres you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach, Liscia Renè, is about a kilometre away, while the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Smeralda are within 5km.

The holiday apartment is on three floors. The entrance area provides access to the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a great view of the Mediterranean macchia with the lovely cliffs, as well as to the bathroom with a shower. Seven steps lead to the upper level, with a little attic room with a French bed (130 x 190cm). The lowest ceiling height of the room is 1.65m. Seven steps down lead to the lower level with a living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), a kitchen and a veranda. The charming apartment is ideal for couples or a family with two children. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom with a double bed and the living room. The fireplace cannot be used.

    “Anfang September verbrachten wir eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Versteckt in den Felsen mit Olivenhain liegt die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine schöne kleine Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl; da genießt man schön die Ferien abseits vom Rummel. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Selbst Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und sie haben uns auch noch mit Prospekten und Tipps aus der Region beraten. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen und war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Für Ausflüge braucht man ein Auto; ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die nächsten Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Toll fanden wir, dass man abends zu Fuß ca. 5 Restaurants im Umkreis von max. 10 Minuten erreicht. Bei allen haben wir sehr gut und preiswert gegessen. Auch ein Lebensmittelladen ist in dieser Zeit erreichbar.”

    “Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus zwischen Felsformationen und Olivenbäumen mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen, die man abends bei einem Wein auf der Terrasse genießen kann. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für Pasta und co benötigt. Großer Fernseher und Wifi. Kleines Bad aber vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr nette Vermieterin.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie liegt versteckt zwischen markanten Felsen und einem gepflegten wilden Garten. Daher hat man auch auf der Terasse genug Privatsphäre. Perfekt ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowellen-Kombi. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Am Abend kann man das selbst gekochte Abendessen auf der Terrasse genießen. Es ist angenehm, dass man für 30 € die Woche eine Klimaanlage dazu mieten kann.”
