Small holiday house with a patio and sun bathing area; in a sunny location above a banana plantation and next to a lava bodega
This house, which is in a very quiet location, is situated in Los Llanos, on the sunny Westside of the in the Aridane Valley. It is located in Todoque/Las Norias at an elevation of 275 meters. Las Norias spreads over a hill with villas and detached houses. Below the house is a banana plantation. In front of the house you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, Roques de Muchachas and to the Cumbre Vieja.
The 42 m² house offers room for two people. Due to its recent build (2014), it offers a very comfortable room climate and is newly and modernly furnished. The living room offers a comfortable sitting area with a television with satellite reception and a stereo, as well as a kitchen unit with a dining nook. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker. Plenty of cleaning supplies and herbs available for your use. A heating unit is available if needed on cooler days. The spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) has window shutters and a mosquito screen. The bathroom, tiled in light colours, boasts a shower, a toilet and a sink, as well as a blow dryer and a mirror.
The living room grants access to the large, covered patio with a dining table and sun loungers. Sun loungers, a sun shade, a barbecue and an outdoor shower (hot water) are available for your private use in the private garden. A car parking space can be found right in front of the house. The 4000 m² property boasts a typical lava bodega, where our guests are welcome to join the landlord for a glass of wine and some tapas.
The German landlord lives next door and will happily answer any questions that may arise during your stay. Should you be arriving late in the day or on a Sunday, the landlord will happily get some groceries for you before your arrival.
It is just a few minutes by car to the beach in Tazacorte and Puerto Naos. In Todoque (a 3 minute drive) you can find a small grocery store, a butcher and a pharmacy.
