Das Haus – ein Appartementhaus mit 22 Appartements, im modernen Stil gebaut mit verglasten Balkonen in alle Richtungen. Das Haus steht gegenüber der Waldstraße 20a und hat für unsere Wohnung einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz , bei Bedarf auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 350 m.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über einen Vorflur mit Garderobe + kleinem Abstellraum. Sie gelangen über eine große Glastür in den kombinierten Wohn-/Essbereich. Dieser ist ausgestattet mit einer gemütlichen und gleichzeitig geräumigen Eckcouch, die bei Bedarf als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für max. 2 Personen ausgezogen werden kann. Ein ausziehbarer Eßtisch und ein Couchtisch jeweils mit dazugehöriger Bestuhlung , ein Farb-TV (Kabel) und ein Konsolenschrank vermitteln ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Vom Wohn-Essbereich gelangen Sie auf beide Balkone, die mit entsprechendem Mobiliar ausgestattet sind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet ( Cerankochfeld.
