Holiday apartment with pool and terrace

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, open plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. To collective use available: barbecue possibilities.Your holiday apartment: 3 rooms (therefrom 2 bedrooms), 50 sqm, 4 persons. Air conditioning. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.

    “Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, vom Balkon aus hat man eine super Aussicht auf die Ostseite der Insel Krk. Bis ins Stadtzentrum und an den Strand läuft man nur ca. 15 Minuten bergab. Den muss man abends natürlich wieder hoch - aber das ist durchaus machbar. Alternativ gibt es auch (kostenpflichtige) Parkmöglichkeiten im Zentrum und am Strand und einen Bus, der fast vor dem Haus hält. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen ausreichenden Parkplatz, sodass das Auto nicht am Straßenrand stehen muss. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.
    Die Möbel sind schick, komfortabel, aber nicht hochwertig. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, TV, etc.). Die komplette Anlage wurde von der Familie eigenhändig Stein für Stein renoviert. Die Treppen und die große Gemeinschaftsterrasse sind dadurch mit schönen Mustern ein echter Hingucker! Es gibt einen Grill der benutzt werden darf. Im Bereich der Terrasse gibt es eine kleine Küche, damit man nicht das Geschirr aus der Ferienwohnung schleppen muss. Außerdem gibt es eine Duschmöglichkeit.

    Die Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Der Hausmeister hat uns sogar beim Anschüren des Grills geholfen.

    Insgesamt ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.”
