This spacious holiday home is located in a quiet leisure area. Covered terrace with open fireplace, approx. 700 m away is the sea with a good sandy beach within easy walking distance. The interior design of the house is very well organised, with 7 beds in 3 bedrooms. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and a tiled stove in the living room. Here you can relax wonderfully with your family or friends. You can also explore the surrounding area. In Österlen there are beautiful excursion destinations, the medieval castle Glimmingehus, Kiviks Musteri, Autoseum Simrihamn, Ales Stenar near Kåseberga, Tosselilla Sommerland in Tomelilla and there are several farm shops scattered throughout the region. Good location between Simrishamn and Ystad where many of Wallander's crime novels are set. In Simrishamn you can taste the local wine production at the Nordic Sea Winery, and the town is also home to galleries and studios. You are also sure to enjoy a walk along the Österlen coast. S11004 is also nearby.

    “Die Ausstattung ist einfach. Die Lage ist gut in einer Ferienhaussiedlung im Wald gelegen. Ein schönes Grundstück. Das Haus ist teils stark abgewohnt. Das Bad ist relativ neu. Eine große Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung und großem neuem Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Das Dachgeschoss ist abgeschlossen, jedoch einsetzbar. Die Holzfenster haben nur Innenjalousien und jeder Flügel wird über zwei Haken verriegelt. Die Sauberkeit ist durchschnittlich. Der Rauchgeruch vom Kamin steckt im Haus.
