Detached holiday home Villa Borgatti
This detached holiday home dating back to the 19th century lies below the Castello di Romena and is surrounded by a large park with linden, oak and stone oak trees. A path about 300 metres long and lined with cypress trees leads to the property.
The 250 m² living area extends over two floors. The ground floor has a fireplace room with a suite, a large dining room open towards the fireplace room, also with a suite and access to the outdoors. There is also a kitchen with access to the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and WC and an access to the outdoors. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, with an open living room with a balcony.
