It is located on a small hill in the Drôme, 20 km from Montélimar and 8 km from the centre of Roynac. The nearest neighbours live 600 m away and here you can experience unparalleled tranquillity and a lovely swimming pool overlooking the peaceful and beautiful countryside.
The beautifully furnished interiors are very comfortable and ideal for 2 to 3 families with children: they consist of three independent buildings and offer plenty of privacy. The main house has a large kitchen for the whole family, two living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the second, 20 metres away, has a fully equipped kitchen, two more bedrooms, 1 separate WC and a bathroom (with shower and washbasin). In the second annex there is a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
Roynac is a small, picturesque village in the countryside with marvellous hiking trails. It has the particularity of having been rebuilt at the foot of an old village, now abandoned, from which a bell tower still stands out among the ruins of some fifty medieval houses. If you want to visit it, you will find an orientation table there.
The Drôme is a mix of gastronomy with nougat factories, hand-baked biscuits, renowned wineries and local markets, magnificent landscapes with rivers, forests, lavender fields and green hills.
If you want to get out and about, you'll find plenty of opportunities here: Cycling, horse riding, hiking, climbing, tree climbing, golf, karting, fishing, tennis and much more.
