Holiday apartment of a high standard in a sunny location, in a modern holiday complex within walking distance of Alberoni beach

The holiday apartment is part of a modern holiday residence in an especially quiet location without any noteworthy traffic. Nevertheless the centre of Alberoni and the beach are within easy access.

The holiday residence is a new building. During construction a lot of importance was attached to high-quality materials such as oak, a high level of comfort, the usage of the space and daylight. Heating and air conditioning are provided and are efficient and quiet.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, its own bathroom and direct access to the garden, a further room with a bunk bed, and a second bathroom with a bath. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities.

The terrace faces north and is furnished with a wooden table, six chairs and a parasol. This area is ideal for six people to enjoy meals together outdoors. The garden, on the other hand, is south-facing and catches the sun when the terrace is becoming shaded in the late morning. The garden remains sunny for the rest of the day.

Right in front of the main entrance to the holiday residence you can park on both sides of the street.

The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, or two minutes by bicycle. Two new bicycles are reserved for guests for this purpose. The residence is four minutes from the Alberoni Centre bus stop. You can reach the famous golf club, which extends across much of Alberoni, in 15 minutes on foot or just five minutes by bike. It is also just around a 15-minute walk to the only official kitesurfing centres on the Venice Lido. The beach at Alberoni distinguishes itself from the other beaches in the area through its peacefulness and unspoilt nature. Some organisations offer trips for exploring the fauna and flora in the famous dunes.
