This lovingly furnished holiday home in Schönberg combines traditional farmhouse furniture with cosy comfort and creates a unique ambience. Situated at 1400 metres above sea level in a picturesque hillside location, the house invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The two separately accessible floors offer you plenty of space and privacy, while you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Mountain bikes are available so that you can actively explore the surrounding trails. In the evening, you can relax in the tranquil natural surroundings of the Stubaital.

The surrounding area offers exciting activities at any time of year. In summer, the "WildeWasserWeg" trail, the ice grotto on the Stubai Glacier and the Top of Tyrol viewing platform with fantastic panoramic views are just waiting to be discovered. Hikes, climbing gardens and the summer toboggan run provide plenty of variety. In winter, you can easily reach the snow-sure pistes of the ski areas with the free ski bus, which starts around 5 km away. Cross-country ski trails start directly at the holiday home and two toboggans are available for tobogganing fun. Snowshoe hikes and unforgettable views make the Stubai Valley a year-round destination for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

    “Sehr gemütliches Haus. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Zwar abgelegen und etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt. Das wird aber v.a. durch die Aussicht und die Ruhe mehr als ausgeglichen. Besonders positiv bleiben die sonnigen Abende auf dem Balkon in Erinnerung.”

    “Sehr gemütliches Haus mit schöner Abendsonne im Erker oder auf dem Balkon. Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist da. Der eine oder andere Topf könnte 'mal erneuert werden. Ober- und Untergeschoss sind nur außenrum erreichbar, war aber auch bei Schneetreiben machbar. Die Fummelei mit den Schneeketten lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.”
