This comfortable vacation home with pool is located in the quiet Istrian village of Krnica. The nearest beach is in the neighboring fishing village of Luka Krnica. The facility is simply and comfortably furnished and the area itself offers an abundance of activities, such as bike trails, boat rides, horseback riding, diving and the like. A few kilometers away is the famous 4x4 Quad Club and the Adrenaline Glavani Park. We definitely recommend a visit to the city of Pula and a tour of its Roman heritage and monuments. Krnica is also a good starting point for visits inland such as Vodnjan, Motovun or Hum. If you want to enjoy your vacation without driving too much, you will find several restaurants in the village, as well as a bakery, a grocery store and a post office. Of course, the beautiful pool provides refreshment on hot summer days!

    “Das Haus ist in einer zentralen Lage. Es ist ein älteres Haus, aber in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt einen Pool mit Salzwasser, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es wären neue Messer von Vorteil, ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit, die nicht so schlimm ist.”

    “Wir waren zu elft in dem Haus und auch das war ideal. Die Anlage rund um´s Haus ist toll - das Haus innen könnte ein wenig mehr geputzt werden (vor Ankunft der neuen Gäste) MOSKITOnetze sind ein absolutes Muss - ohne geht leider gar nicht.
    Es war ein toller Urlaub!”

    “Die Anlage ist für drei Familien (mit 6 Kindern)ideal, der Pool eine neue (seit April 08) und kühle Abwechslung. Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Grundstück liegt ruhig, bis zu einer Einkaufsmöglicheit im Dorfzentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten.
    Zum Meer sind es ca. 2 km, die Buchten sind angenehm ruhig, das Wasser glasklar.
    Die Phase zwischen dem Übergang der Gäste sollte vom Putzpersonal besser genutzt werden, um auch unter den Betten bzw. im Bad und in der Küche sauber zu machen.”
