The impressive holiday house CASA BIANCA is in a typical little Sicilian alley in the little village of Rodi Milici. The building Casa Bianca, fully renovated in 2011, enjoys a central but quiet location near the historical centre. An advantage of the location is the peace and quiet of the narrow alleyway, without through traffic, just locals with their little cars and mopeds. It is perfect for an individual holiday surrounded by pure nature. It is not yet a typical tourist region and therefore still authentic.
The generous holiday apartment on the ground floor Casa Bianca Grande is suitable for 2-9 people. It provides two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a fireplace and direct access to a little bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out for a second person, a living and dining room with a kitchen, sitting corner, large flatscreen TV and large inviting table for 8-9 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. One bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin, the second has a bath, WC, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. The apartment offers a comfortable interior of a high standard in all rooms.
You can use a private little terrace sheltered from the wind and views in, as well as a large, well-furnished roof terrace for shared use. The fabulous 150m² roof terrace with a breathtaking view of a grandiose mountain panorama, little villages and pure nature provides a grill, sunshade, loungers, seating, hammock etc. Relax and enjoy your holiday.
Whether it is a beach, culture, art, history, entertainment, hiking and/or leisurely holiday, this area offers everything. In Rodi you can find shops, a petrol station and a post office, as well as a bank. It is about 3.8km by car to the wide sandy beaches. Benefit from the spring and late summer, enjoy the long beaches, and swim in the warm sea in October, with the Aeolian Islands as a backdrop, to which there are crossings from Portorosa or Milazzo.
