With its oasis-like, colourful garden and open-plan layout, Villa Peter exudes a certain joie de vivre: When you reach the property after about an hour's drive from the airport, the sea with its refreshingly salty breeze , is just a kilometre and a half away on foot. With a fine eye for the small details, the owner has designed an outdoor area where you can feel at home. The car park leads to a small, sheltered courtyard with a tree in the middle. From here, you can either enter the house or take a stone staircase up to the large roof terrace, from which you can also access a single apartment. The additional elevation gives you an even better view of the sea and the wildly romantic coastal landscape. The garden is framed by palm trees, fruit trees and shrubs, so that a feeling of cosiness quickly sets in on the lawn. The swimming pool is just a few steps away from here, so when you wake up early and do your first laps in the water, your circulation will get going and you can look forward to a cheerful day on holiday. Presumably with the prospect of switching on the gas barbecue in the evening and rounding it all off with a tasty spread. Directly in front of the quarry stone façade typical of Mallorca, you can enjoy the stately ambience on the covered terrace, with seating at a dining table or on a comfortable sofa.

Comfort is also the motto inside the villa. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and the open-plan kitchen. A trick of the architecture that creates a feeling of space when the travelling party spreads out here in the evening. In the centre, a particularly cosy sofa corner in front of the fireplace invites you to delve into the books you have brought with you, have lively conversations or engage in a little introspection in front of the crackling fire. The decorative elements on the walls provide the right balance, so you can expect a cosy atmosphere in which nothing looks cluttered. Instead, the selection shows taste and sophistication. Warm wood decors also dominate in the bedrooms with large windows. Thanks to a canopy, mosquitoes cannot disturb your sleep. The apartment with its own entrance on the upper floor is certainly a special treat. Here you wake up every morning with a view of the sea and only have to walk a few steps to roll out your yoga mat on the roof terrace and greet the sun. In this suite, you benefit from your own bathroom. The en suite bathroom connected to a bedroom on the ground floor also offers this opportunity to round off the evening wonderfully. There are also two additional bathrooms to cater for larger groups of travellers.

The charismatic Villa Peter scores with its ideal location for beach excursions: with their flat slopes and pristine sand, the so-called Calas de Mallorca are perfect for long days by the sea. If you want to head inland to get an impression of the cultural diversity of island life, we recommend visiting medieval towns such as Capdepera, Artà or the nearby town of Son Servera. They can all be reached by hire car in less than a quarter of an hour. The property is well connected to the road network, so road noise may be audible depending on the wind direction. Do you like swinging a golf club?
Then you can consider yourself lucky to have chosen this location, as there are four well-known golf courses nearby: Pula Golf, Son Servera, Capdepera Golf and Canyamel Golf Course. A lively nightlife awaits you 13 km away in Cala Ratjada, with a marvellous promenade that invites you to stroll around all day long. There is no doubt an exciting holiday awaits you if you choose Villa Peter. Just one and a half kilometres from the sea, Villa Peter awaits you with a lush green garden. If you are looking for a change of scenery, the small town of Son Servera is just over 6 kilometres away with its pretty shops and cafés. The picturesque beaches of the east coast, called Calas de Mallorca, are only a few minutes away by hire car.
