This townhouse almost seems to have stepped out of an architecture magazine and offers a relaxed atmosphere, a Mediterranean character and its own pool. The incredible terrace with numerous sun loungers and chairs made of high-quality materials makes up for the lack of garden. Your dreams of an island holiday can come true here, as the unique views of the sea and the surrounding lush hills ensure that everyday life is quickly forgotten and you can throw yourself into your holiday. Do you know what else you should get involved with? The fantastic pool, which is located at the highest point of the house and almost looks like an infinity pool thanks to its glass surround. Jump in and enjoy the cool water. After swimming, an equally refreshing outdoor shower awaits you so you can wash off the salt. The mobile charcoal barbecue is also waiting to be supplied with fresh delicacies - let the barbecue evening begin!

When you enter the house, your first thought might be: I want to stay here. Not just for a week, maybe even a whole summer or even forever. It is so cosy, even homely, despite its modernity, clean lines and rather rustic ambience, especially the tasteful living area. A leather sofa opposite the flat-screen TV and a variety of discreetly positioned light sources create a pleasant atmosphere. The generous use of white and a touch of Zen-like simplicity paired with wooden décor and a pellet stove emphasise this ambience. Directly adjacent is the dining area with open-plan kitchen. The high-quality, beautiful wooden furniture catches the eye, otherwise this room makes a thoroughly practical impression: a microwave, a modern oven, a variety of storage options and a large American-style fridge. If you look further inside the property, you will find a total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Choose your favourite depending on your colour preference; they are all bright with summery nuances. On the first floor, there is another open-plan living area with a lovely sofa set that invites you to relax and unwind. The two bathrooms both have practical dimensions and are stylish and well-maintained.

This charming and modern townhouse is located in the centre of the small town of Capdepera, in the east of the island. In the town itself there are supermarkets for daily needs as well as a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés. From here you can quickly reach the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as the wild and romantic sandy beaches of Cala Moll and Cala Mesquida.
