Cosy Mallorca? Yes, there is such a thing! And it is epitomised by Villa Sa Marineta den Moll. The exterior of the property is strongly reminiscent of a typical Mallorcan or Mediterranean villa: the façade consists of numerous light-coloured stone slabs, smoothed with bright red and copper-coloured rough plaster. And this looks fascinating together with the lime green shutters and the flat roof, the building looks pleasantly cosy without being overbearing. Around Sa Marineta den Moll there is an attractive outdoor area with lawns that invite you to unpack your towel or blanket and laze around in the greenery. For children, this lawn is ideal for running around, playing and letting off steam and they will love the football goals and the swings. The pool, which is no less than 25 metres long, forms the heart of the property and comfortable loungers are available for a short nap in the Spanish sun. Guests can use the brick-built built-in barbecue for their barbecue evenings and cosy up on the terrace, which is covered by a high-quality awning, or directly by the pool under the oversized parasol.

The villa also has a total of three spacious double bedrooms, one of which is specially designed for younger guests. The two spacious bathrooms each have a toilet, a bidet, a large walk-in shower and a bathtub for extensive wellness moments surrounded by fragrant soapsuds. On the upper floor there is a further living space that can be used as another living room.

You are guaranteed to feel at home in this villa. However, if you want a change of scenery, simply take a trip from your convenient location in the east of the island near San Lorenzo. The MA-4021, which can be heard from the house, leads directly to these and other worthwhile excursion destinations. The nearest beach can be reached in around half an hour, and of course you can also explore your favourite coastal towns or spend an afternoon at the Safari Zoo (an absolute holiday highlight for children!). Both in San Lorenzo and in nearby Manacor you will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars where you can sample regional delicacies, wines and other products that will delight your senses.
