An extremely successful combination of old and new awaits you at this finca, which welcomes you to the south of Mallorca. You can live here in complete privacy in an idyllic landscape and around the natural stone building there are many opportunities for young and old to enjoy their time to the full. Wonderful covered terraces in front of the house and open at the back invite you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The Roman steps lead conveniently to the pool, which is tiled in a meandering pattern and is an impressive 10 metres long. After cooling off on the surrounding sun terrace, place your lounger in your favourite spot and soak up the Mediterranean sun. If you're feeling peckish, you can enjoy a snack or a hearty barbecue at the long dining table and keep an eye on the children splashing around in the pool from there. There is also some play equipment for younger guests, such as a small slide. A special highlight is the roof terrace, from where you have a marvellous view over the picturesque landscape.

An imposing portal leads into the interior of the finca, which boasts plenty of light and an open-plan concept. Wooden windows, doors and some of the ceilings create a harmonious setting for indoor living. The living room, dining room and kitchen are skilfully connected, so that socialising is a priority here and there is plenty of space for everyone, for example at the large dining table, in the sofa area in front of the flatscreen TV or for the children on the rug. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering and, conveniently, there are even two entrances to the outside from here. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this living level. On the upper floor there are three further double bedrooms and a bathroom, with a connecting room to this bathroom and the roof terrace.

This Mallorca finca with a very individual charm is located only about 4 km north of the village of Santanyi and is surrounded by beautiful trees. It is about 1 km from the country road that leads north from Santanyi, making it easy to reach various destinations. In Santanyi there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A short drive separates you from beautiful bathing bays: Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó are only 9 to 10 km away.
