Attention lovers of sophisticated living ambience! This property sets the tone in terms of style and spaciousness and is within easy reach of some very beautiful beaches on Mallorca's attractive east coast. We arrive at the secluded villa in bright sunshine and see other holiday homes in the surrounding area, which are spread out so that everyone has their own privacy. A fantastic outdoor area immediately catches our attention and impresses us at first glance with the special care that has been taken here. It stretches out in front of the house in the form of a spacious lawn with a pool in the centre. Tall palm trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants are not only decorative, but also create a very pleasant, idyllic atmosphere that invites you to linger outdoors. Small paths open up the grounds and connect the individual areas with each other. The 13 metre long pool has blue mosaic tiles, varies in depth between 1.20 and 1.80 metres and is a wonderful refreshment on hot Mallorcan days. Comfortable sun loungers on the surrounding terrace offer you hours of relaxation - don't forget to treat yourself to a drink before making yourself comfortable! A large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa right next to the house offers further attractive outdoor seating. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cosy breakfast or evening meal or a barbecue at the end of a beautiful day.

The interior of the house is pleasantly bright in Mallorcan country house style. The use of lots of white in combination with impressive individual pieces has created an atmosphere of cosiness and aesthetics that is hard to resist. And that's a good thing, because you should also be able to enjoy a cosy time inside surrounded by high-quality interiors. It is extremely pleasing that the spacious living areas are not over-decorated, but instead appear pure and can thus unfold their authentic charm. After the small entrance area on the right on the ground floor, there is a practical guest WC and then a large bedroom with its own bathroom. The large room with living area, dining table and open-plan modern kitchen will be the centre of your stay and a focal point as you move around the house. Whether you want to sit here comfortably with a book on the armchair or sofa, watch a good film or simply stare into the open fire on a chilly evening, there are plenty of opportunities for you to do things individually and together at the same time. You can play a board game at the large dining table, share your holiday experiences with your loved ones at home via smartphone, tablet or notebook or prepare a wonderful meal together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped so that you can take care of yourself. This includes an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. On the top floor, which is accessible from here, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A real highlight of this holiday home: there is a separate building with two bedrooms plus bathroom. This means you can spend your holiday here with two families or several couples without having to give up your privacy.

However you want to spend your days off playing golf, shopping, spending time on the beach or enjoying the nightlife in Cala Ratjada (approx. 7 km), you are sure to feel at home in this varied area and enjoy individually tailored excursions. The villa is located near a road with little traffic, making it perfectly connected to excursion destinations and beaches. The stalactite caves in Artà are also a great excursion destination. A walk to the caves is rewarded with breathtaking views of the sea and the entire bay, all the way to the mountains and further up to the Llevant Natural Park. A great bonus for all keen cyclists: there is space for up to ten bikes in a covered and secure area.

Villa Canyamel is a beautiful property in a rural location about 4 km north-west of Canymel. It has a very special, very stylish ambience both inside and out.
There are several golf courses nearby as well as a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Beautiful beaches can be reached in your hire car in just 5 to 7 km and you have an appealing choice.
