With Villa Can Caragol de Dalt, you are choosing a jewel close to the coast that invites you to spend endless hours in the sun with its wonderful outdoor area. If you fancy cooling off, you can always combine the refreshing island breeze with a dip in the turquoise-coloured pool. Once you have swum your laps, sooner or later you will inevitably get hungry - the outbuilding with outdoor kitchen right next to the pool is ready to prepare fresh delicacies on the barbecue. On the other side of the pool you will find a small, green meadow where you can play football with the children or enjoy the outdoor pool feeling of this property. A stony, idyllic little wall conveys a feeling of security, behind which lies the lovely landscape with trees and extensive fields typical of the eastern part of the island. A cosy rattan seating area is a wonderful place to enjoy the panorama under the blue sky. The sun terrace, which can be reached via an external staircase, is equipped with sun loungers so that even larger groups of travellers have sufficient privacy.

This also applies to the interior of the house: thanks to the large rooms, the house conveys a feeling of spaciousness everywhere, which is also emphasised by the huge windows. Rustic elements such as the exposed quarry stone façade combine with the restrained, purist touch of the furnishings to create an unmistakable mix. From the hallway, you pass a cosy fireplace and armchair seating area into an open-plan room. Here, the stylish kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, a dining table and a living room with a huge sofa area and a flat-screen TV merge seamlessly into one another - the room is nevertheless skilfully structured, for example with a room divider in a monastic look. Next to the sofa is a glass table with an old carriage wheel built into it - one of the examples of how the villa uses clever design ideas to emphasise the rural character of the accommodation. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and its own bathroom, while the two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a comfortable double bed, share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom scores with the luxury of its own en suite bathroom. All rooms are furnished with natural elements such as wood and natural stone, so style-conscious travellers will definitely get their money's worth. The ground floor also offers an attractive retreat with a reading corner in one of the rooms.

The villa certainly offers everything you need to relax, including excursion options. The eastern part of the island is one of the most popular regions of Mallorca: diverse nature, appealing golf courses, unobtrusive agriculture, rolling hills and romantic little villages such as Canyamel and Capdepera just a stone's throw away offer many ideas for organising your day in a varied way. Due to the proximity to the partly audible country road, you benefit from short journeys. You can quickly reach the medieval town of Artà, which is 6 km away and invites you to take a stroll and visit the castle. Several beaches, such as Cala Agulla near Cala Ratjada, 8.5 km away, are also within easy reach. Wonderfully bright, with a modern look and lots of white: Villa Can Caragol de Dalt will put you in a good mood! Nestled in beautiful green surroundings that are ideal for walks, you can explore the attractive towns of Canyamel (4 km away) or Capdepera (5 km away) if you are looking for an alternative to relaxing by the pool. There is no shortage of bathing opportunities on the east coast either, we recommend the sandy beach of Canyamel and Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada.
