In the middle of the beautiful town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar in the east of Mallorca lies a true little holiday paradise, the completely renovated and wonderfully furnished townhouse Ca Ma Mare. This small house combines urban flair and cosy seclusion behind the walls of the property. The outdoor area is nestled in dreamlike greenery and right in the centre is the magnificent pool. It therefore also offers a touch of the sea. On the well-tended lawn around the cool water, sun loungers are available for extensive sunbathing or simply a few cosy hours with an exciting book. There is also an extremely practical outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. Preparations for the evening feast quickly turn into a cosy get-together in the open air. The evening can then be continued in an equally cosy atmosphere on the large terrace with a spacious dining table that offers plenty of room for everyone. Perhaps you will find a good wine from the region and fresh fish to go with it, then the evening is guaranteed to be a complete success!

And of course, the bedrooms in the house can also keep up - majestic beds in the otherwise discreetly designed rooms guarantee peaceful nights and a relaxed start to the day.

The location of the house is unbeatable, especially for adventurous travellers who enjoy a bit of action on holiday. Situated directly on the street, the transport links could hardly be better. The narrow streets of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar are perfect for exploring on foot. You are sure to find a great shop or two where you can buy some great holiday souvenirs. But the area also offers plenty to discover. And of course you are surrounded by nature in abundance, perfect for unwinding and taking long walks. Golf enthusiasts can look forward to a round on the Pula golf course, which is less than 10 kilometres away. If you want to go shopping, you can do so extensively in the town of Manacor, just 8.7 km away. Not to be forgotten: The beautiful sandy beaches such as Porto Cristo or Sa Coma, which are only 11 to 12 km away. A trip to the beach is definitely worthwhile!
