A beautiful holiday home in classic Mallorcan style with plenty of space on the edge of Cala Ratjada: this is Villa Xapala. The 400 m² holiday home for up to twelve people is situated on a hillside, is wonderfully spacious and perfect for families or travel groups. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful with its many different terraces, which are cosily furnished with garden furniture and invite you to linger. The rectangular pool glistens wonderfully in the Mediterranean sun, and you can relax on comfortable sun loungers all around. If you are looking for shade, you will find it right next to the house on the covered terraces on the ground floor and upper floor. From the spacious roof terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view over the roofs of the neighbouring villas and the green hills of the surrounding area. Here you will also find not only a dining table, but also sun loungers: perfect for relaxing and drinking some vitamin D in peace and quiet. You can park your hire car on the street in front of the house.

Bright, friendly, modern: this is how this holiday home in the east of Mallorca presents itself from the inside. As the villa was built on an attractive slope, there are different living levels, each connected by stairs. On the ground floor there are two pleasantly furnished double bedrooms and a chic bathroom. The large, well-equipped kitchen and the dining area open to the cosy living room are also located here. On the level below are further double bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms. A small kitchenette without a hob, but with a microwave, fridge and sink as well as direct access to the terrace offers a little independence. Upstairs there is another lovely living room with a comfortable sofa and access to the roof terrace.

Villa Xapala is a comfortably furnished holiday home in a top hillside location. It is located on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada in one of the typical, acoustically perceptible residential streets of the village with many detached houses. The plot has been optimally utilised: In addition to the pool, there are various invitingly designed terrace areas, including a beautiful large roof terrace. Whether in the sun or in the shade, everyone will find their favourite place to relax. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (approx. 1.1 km), the beautiful bay of Cala Agulla is only approx. 1.5 km away. 2.3 km away.
