Our house is located in the idyllic Kössen, a municipality that forms the Kaiserwinkl tourist region with Walchsee, Schwendt and Rettenschöss. With us, outside the village center, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Not only in summer, but also in winter Kössen has a lot to offer! Close to the adventure forest swimming pool, the Taubenseehütte and the Maria Klobenstein pilgrimage church, nothing stands in the way of day trips. Spend your day, for example, on the Unterberghorn, the well-groomed trails or on the snow tubing run.

The modern holiday apartment is equipped with four sleeping arrangements, a kitchen with dining area, a shower, and toilet and a washing machine. we also have a terrace with seating. The apartment is also equipped with free WiFi and a TV with internet access.
Our cozy apartment "Petra" Top 3 is about one kilometer outside the center of Kössen, near the adventure forest swimming pool. The imposing view of the Unterberg will enhance your stay in our house.
Use our quarter as a starting point for long hikes, bike tours, rafting trips, golfing, paragliding and much more.
Our cozy apartment is equipped with cable TVs, Wifi, a radio and a balcony.
You get free entry to the adventure pool in Kössen and Walchsee.
