The natural stone finca Son Ribot de Sant Llorenc is situated on a beautiful and wonderfully spacious plot with a total size of 15,000 m². The deliberate absence of walls and the like means that the experience of space and freedom can be experienced directly and the view can wander almost endlessly into the distance. The highlight of the outdoor area is the large pool, which is surrounded by a lush, tastefully tiled sun terrace and can be easily reached via a staircase. There are plenty of comfortable loungers for chilling out. If the sun is too strong, a total of two parasols can be used. There is an original stone seating area in the immediate vicinity of the house. Here you can start and end the day in the open air. Equally inviting is the covered balcony, where modern outdoor seating furniture is available. In a slightly elevated position, you can linger here with even more impressive views and enjoy the best time of the year.

The living space is spread over two floors. In the easy-care kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday use, from an oven, hob and microwave to a dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. Conveniently, this room is so generously sized that there is even space for an additional dining area. The air-conditioned living room with its thick ceiling beams and harmoniously coordinated colours and materials creates a very cosy atmosphere. On chilly evenings, you can even sit here on the super-comfortable sofa with a cosy fireplace light and the warmth of the fire and enjoy a good book or a delicious glass of wine. The TV is also conveniently installed in this room. The bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom) are generously proportioned, furnished with beautiful furniture and very individually designed. The absence of distracting accessories gives these rooms a clear and inviting flair. The following bed sizes are available to guests: two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, one measuring 150 x 190 cm and one measuring 180 x 200 cm. The two daylight bathrooms are functionally equipped. One bathtub even offers a whirlpool experience. You don't need to pack a hairdryer or iron. Special thought has been given to children here - there is even a children's room with a small play corner.

For shopping, you can drive from Finca Son Ribot de Sant Llorenc either to the village or to Manacor or Arta. In these two towns you will find everything you need for your daily needs. There is also a large selection of good restaurants with excellent Mallorcan cuisine. The beaches on the south-east coast, which are easily accessible from the house, are among the most beautiful bays on the island (the so-called Calas de Mallorca). The beautiful finca Son Ribot de Sant Llorenc impresses with its unique panoramic views. It is situated in a wonderful secluded location on the western edge of Sant Llorenc. You can go shopping in Manacor or Artà. The beautiful sandy beaches of the south-east coast are within easy reach.
