As the name suggests, Villa El Nido del Condor really does radiate a feeling of cosy nest warmth: The 7,000 m² property on a wooded hill will spoil you with a marvellous panoramic view. Here you can simply stroll and relax amidst the Mediterranean vegetation or use the tastefully designed outdoor area. The centrepiece of the property is the 40 m² pool, which is large enough for swimming and is surrounded by a stone-tiled sun terrace. Here you can enjoy extensive sunbathing. If you want to give your skin a break, the pergola with adjustable roof offers plenty of shade. Or you can treat yourself to an afternoon nap in the hammock - after all, there's nothing urgent to do on holiday. Except maybe eating when you start to get hungry. Then it's time to head out onto the covered terrace with its built-in barbecue. The two tables offer plenty of space for a delicious feast. The covered terrace, which is accessible from the first floor, is also a wonderful place with shady, relaxing seating and mountain-top flair. From time to time you can also play with your children on the small football pitch.

Inside the villa you will feel at home: Natural colours and a friendly, simple and high-quality interior design conjure up a cosy atmosphere the stately fireplace in the open-plan living and dining room, which flows seamlessly into the living room -equipped kitchen, also contributes to this ambience. On the ground floor there is a guest WC and a master suite with its own bathroom with bathtub. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed in the other bedroom, which also has a small private bathroom. The small laundry room with a huge fridge offers plenty of storage space for all your market shopping. Three further bedrooms can be reached via the stairs to the upper floor. One of these is sure to be a particular favourite due to its spacious en-suite bathroom, authentic quarry stone wall and access to the aforementioned covered terrace. But the other two rooms, which share a bathroom and have comfortable double beds, also offer everything you need for a good night's sleep.

You will wake up refreshed and ready to explore the attractive surroundings. The small sandy coves of Calas de Mallorca can be reached in half an hour. Cala Millor is just 8.5 kilometres away. Here you can shop at the weekly market on Thursdays. In the evening, the town offers a varied nightlife. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the 19-kilometre drive to Manacor, which is particularly well-known for its leather goods. The more idyllic town of Artà, which is characterised by medieval alleyways, is 9.5 km away and is perfect for a stroll. Golfers will find numerous attractive destinations in the eastern part of the island, for example on the Pula golf course 6 km away. In the evening, after an eventful day, you can return to your completely peaceful property, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The detached Villa El Nido del Condor gives you the feeling of living on the roof of the world: you can start the day with spectacular views of the hills in the east of Mallorca and then enjoy your first café con leche in Son Servera. 6 km away. In 15 minutes you can reach the bay of Costa dels Pins, where you can also play golf. Calas de Mallorca, 30 minutes away by car, with its tropical sandy coves, is also worth a visit.
