No, this farmhouse on Mallorca is not ordinary. Not simple. Not trivial. It is an all-rounder. Its opulence is not only incredibly enchanting, but also somewhat of a conflict, because here you simply don't know where to start with a presentation appropriate to the quality of the property. Let's start with the fantastic exterior of this dreamlike domicile, picturesquely nestled in the green hills between Cala Ratjada and Cala Mesquida. The original design of the house dictates the terrace layout, which blends in particularly harmoniously with both the building and the outdoor area. A kind of patio, mostly covered, is elevated on the first floor and accommodates a large dining table as well as a barbecue and a super nice lounge area with a unique view of the garden, especially of the huge pool lined with lawns and palm trees, which can be reached via an almost stately wide staircase. Comfortable loungers and Balinese beds ensure that the hours spent outdoors are pure pleasure. Does that all sound extremely comfortable? But that's not all! As you can see from the photos, there is a volleyball court and a padel court (the latter with floodlights!) Team sports are very important here. A pool table and table tennis table round off the wide range of outdoor activities on offer.

You might think that this property has already used up all of its powder in the outdoor area, but far from it! A spacious living/dining room with adjoining open-plan kitchen is located directly on the upper terrace and invites you to socialise indoors. This special, wonderfully idyllic and tranquil location is perfect for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. Capdepera with its good range of supermarkets, restaurants etc. is only a few kilometres away, as are various beautiful beaches such as Platja Son Moll, Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida.
