Villa Es Norai is situated on a 700 m² plot just 500 m from the centre of Cala Ratjada. The outdoor area consists of a beautifully designed and spacious terrace landscape, which offers different zones and has been designed to be absolutely inviting with all kinds of Mediterranean plants in small beds or tubs. There is also a small lawn area where the sun loungers are ready to hand, where you can relax wonderfully after a refreshing dip in the pool. There are several other attractive places to relax around the Majorca holiday home. These include marvellous sunbathing areas as well as airy shaded areas, for example in the pavilion-like area, which can be used as an outdoor dining room. A long dining table invites you to enjoy Mediterranean delicacies in a cosy atmosphere. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious breakfast here on a summer morning. Or a culinary barbecue on a balmy evening, before going for a walk along the promenade or relaxing at home in the evening.

The house was renovated in 2013 and converted into a beautiful holiday home. It offers three bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In the living room there is a huge relaxing sofa where you can make yourself comfortable and read a good book or watch an entertaining film. In the cooler months, the wood-burning stove allows you to warm up and enjoy the cosiness that a fire spreads. You will find everything you need for everyday use in the easy-care kitchen. The spaciousness allows for a small dining table at which you can comfortably sit four to five people if required. The actual indoor dining area is located next to the living area and is very inviting with the pretty glass table top, the original lamp and the beautiful view outside. In the three bedrooms, you will find a pleasant clarity that promotes peace and quiet. Light-coloured fabrics and subtle lighting emphasise this atmosphere. The bathrooms are functionally equipped and individually designed. One is equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

Renovated in 2013, Villa Es Norai is ideally located on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada. The sea is less than 200 metres away. In addition to well-stocked supermarkets, you will find excellent restaurants and bars along the lively coastal promenade. Thanks to its location on the small, acoustically perceptible road, the surrounding villages and excursion destinations are easy to reach from this holiday home on Mallorca.
