This farmhouse, consisting of a main house and two outbuildings, is close to Isle sur la Sorgue, and boasts a private pool and tennis court surrounded by orchards.

The main house offers a ground floor featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The living/dining area is adorned with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

An adjoining studio, complete with a bar area and living space, features a sofa bed and a bedroom on the open mezzanine floor. This studio is accessed from the main farmhouse via an internal door. An additional studio near the pool has a summer kitchen, bedroom with extra beds suitable for children.

Outdoor amenities encompass an expansive unfenced land hosting a tennis court, bowling alley, and covered shelter for vehicles. The terrace offers shaded areas and ample seating. The private pool (16m x 7m) features a wading area and is surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation.

About 800m from the property is a hamlet, "Le Petit Palais", where you will find local shops: bakery, food and petrol.

Isle sur la Sorgue, also called "Venice Provençale" owes its identity to the waters of the Sorgue which cross it from side to side and which once provided it with the driving force necessary for its industry and its crafts. It is a global hub for the antique and second-hand market, several "antique villages" have been created since 1978 in the heart of the city.

You can very easily reach "Fontaine de Vaucluse", the perched villages of the Luberon: Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux.
