The ground floor comprises an attractive open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, a children's bedroom with bunk beds and an additional shower/WC. The first floor offers three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, a wellness area with whirlpool and sauna as well as a terrace with sun loungers and a marvellous sea view. Villa Terani is located in the quiet village of Rogovii, 2 km from Tar and 3.5 km from the beaches of the Lanterna holiday complex. It is ideally located for exploring the area's activities, including wine tours, olive oil tours and truffle hunting. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
