The room also has an exit to the terrace where you can relax with a book. On the first floor of the villa you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a living room with a TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in an open space concept. The entire area is air-conditioned. In the garden of the villa you will find a swimming pool where you can cool off on summer days or relax on the sun loungers by the pool with a refreshing drink. Next to the house is a covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends prepared on the barbecue, which is also at your disposal. Umag offers a wide range of tourist activities and facilities. In the cobbled streets you will find excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Today Umag is best known for sports: Every year in July, the Croatia Open (part of the ATP World Tour 250 series) takes place, with many famous names from the world of men's tennis taking part. Not far from the villa is the town of Buje, also known as the town of wine and olive oil. Here you can admire the well-preserved churches from the Middle Ages, visit the ethnographic museum or just relax and stroll along one of the many wine streets and taste local olive oil and wine. For lovers of an active vacation, there are also numerous cycle paths in this region. Not far away is the award-winning Istralandia water park, ideal for a day of fun for the whole family. The beach in Kanegra, which is closest to the villa, is a long pebble beach and one of the most attractive in Istria.
