The magnificent Kvarner Bay stretches before your eyes with its turquoise blue sea and Uka Mountains in the background, and the villa's charming terraces are designed so that you can admire the mesmerising view day and night. It is a wonderfully elegant property, surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean forests and carefully equipped with all the comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. The interior is tasteful and relaxing, with an attractive open-plan living and dining area, as well as a lovely fully equipped kitchen. The cosy fireplace, exposed wooden beams and earthy colours of the furnishings create a warm, welcoming ambience, while the large windows and patio doors let in plenty of natural light. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the fourth on the upper floor with its own terrace, where you can wake up to spectacular views every morning. The same care and attention went into the outdoor space. The inviting double pool with hydromassage is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace, adorned with a variety of flowers, lavender and rosemary bushes. The covered summer kitchen is equipped with an outdoor dining area for your long, relaxing lunches or romantic dinners under the stars, while for extra fun the table tennis is at your disposal. So let's start planning the many ways you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday at Villa Grappa, a stunningly beautiful villa in a great location on the hillside above the small picturesque village of Smrika. It is an ideal location for those who prefer peace and quiet but still want to spend their holiday close to the sunny beaches and lively coastal towns. Beautiful walking and cycling trails are available around the village with many interesting sights to discover which are well worth the effort. Don't miss nearby Kraljevica with its two historic castles, as well as a diving and sailing centre and paintball club. The nearest beaches are in Crisnjeva Bay, as well as in the lively tourist village of Scott's Bay with a variety of sports and summer activities. If you head a little further south towards Jadranovo, you will find several secluded bays with beautiful beaches. The village of Smrika offers an excellent local restaurant, as well as cosy little cafés within walking distance of the villa. For a livelier nightlife and additional entertainment, visit the capital of the region - Rijeka (20km) or the popular coastal town of Crikvenica (15km).
