Charming Villa Hemera is ideal for families who want to spend a relaxing vacation in the middle of the beautiful Istrian countryside, yet close to the Adriatic Sea. The villa is located on a large private property and can accommodate up to 8 people. The interior of the villa combines modern design and high-quality furnishings with carefully selected details that create a warm atmosphere on the bright and light-flooded ground floor. The open-plan living room with stereo, DVD and Play Station 3 is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. To make your vacation even more magical, the inviting pool is available for your exclusive use.This property is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria. The whole of Regon Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent, low-traffic road network. You will undoubtedly be delighted by the fact that the nearest beach is only 5 km away, as the Istrian peninsula 'Terra Magic' is situated on the warm Adriatic Sea. The coast with the major tourist centers of Labin and Rabac, as well as Pula airport, are only a few minutes away by car. Perched on its hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural
cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
