Located in the very centre of the city of Dubrovnik, the modern Villa Fortina built in rustic style is surrounded by medieval fortifications, representing an authentic reflection of this historic city. The villa offers a view of the crystal-clear sea. It is completely fenced, and it has a large terrace and garden providing peace and privacy in the middle of the city centre.

Villa Fortina has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 people. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and two rooms with a sea view are on the first floor. The attractive bathrooms are fully equipped.

A spacious living room and dining room with a large table for ten people are located on the ground floor. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is everything you need for carefree enjoyment of the summer kitchen: from cutlery, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, or ice maker to dishwasher, microwave, indoor grill, and more.

An outdoor table with eight seats, a heated pool 7 metres long, and deck chairs are located on the large terrace surrounded by the fully fenced yard of the villa. On the beautiful stone terrace with a well, you will enjoy the shade and peace of summer afternoons that will take you back to another time of this charming Dalmatian place.

The villa is equipped with a sauna and a gym providing complete relaxation and enjoyment of all your senses. If you are arriving with small children, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.

For a more active holiday, you can enjoy many recreational activities, such as water sports, diving, swimming, or sailing. Near Dubrovnik, you will be able to experience wine tours and olive oil tours, authentic products of the highest quality. Bicycle rental is also available.

These islands were first mentioned in the 1st century in the writings of the ancient writer Pliny the Elder.
