"Der Brand" is located about 200 altitude meters above Längenfeld and is not only known among locals as one of the most fabulous vantage points within Ötztal.
Our farm and the snack station have been family-owned since 1996 and are now run by the second generation. As an organic farm, we want to do our farm work with a clear conscience, which is why it was particularly important to us to build our apartments ecologically and sustainably. The new building and the furnishings are characterized by local wood, environmentally friendly raw materials and thrive on creative upcycling.
Our guests can expect a unique 360-dregree view of nature in a truly exclusive location just perfect for rest, well-being and relaxation.
The NEW apartment Enzian (approx. 60 m²) with an one entrance extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room (ceran stove with 4 cooktops, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer. sodastream etc.) with a panel of arolla pine, flat screen, stove with cozy couch. On the first floor you will find two double-rooms each with a flat-TV.
Enjoy the furnished terrace and balcony with breathtaking mountain view.
