The house is situated 800m away from the town in a very quiet location with panoramic view, an
unspoilt nature oasis just a little more than an hour by car from the
cities of the Veneto plain (Venice, Padova and Vicenza).
On the ground floor there are a living and dining room with a hearth, a tile stove and a piano, a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, one bathroom and a large terrace.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom
and a balcony. In the garage behind the house you can find a washing machine.
The house comes with a central heating. The roof has been renovated and isolated with natural products (Naturalia) in April 2010.
You can find a tennis court in the town and a swimming pool in Santa Giustina (5 km away).
The region offers many possibilities for walking-tours and excursions, on foot or by bike.
You can have holidays full of adventures in direct contact with the nature of Belluno as you will be able to go fishing in the rivers and streams which are rich of trouts and barbs or canoeing on the Piave river.
