The cycle path on the doorstep, which leads all the way to Motafon-Bregenz, invites you to cycle and exercise. The city center, Val Blu (outdoor and indoor pool) and the Muttersberg, our local mountain, can be reached in a few minutes. The Brandnertal, which can be seen from the window, can be reached by bus or car in 20 minutes.

Forget everyday life and just enjoy it. Barbecue on your own terrace or a game night with good friends or family. In winter in the fireplace room darts playing, listening to music or drinking a delicious Vorarlberg beer, on for skiing or tobogganing. In summer, enjoy a bike ride or hike like the miller's desire :). Of course we also have an outdoor pool in the Bludenz the Val Blu.

Our newly renovated attic apartment consists of two separate walk-in bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 quadruple), a bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, hairdryer, a large living-dining area with sofa bed. In each room there is TV and radio via speakers. The apartment has a parking space and a storage room for skis and golf equipment. The terrace is located behind the house with awning and seating as well as a barbecue.
