And a little bit more... The walls of this building in Cassone di Malcesine are over 300 years old. In 2011 the building was carefully restored and is now a beautiful holiday home. Over 120 m² combine Mediterranean cottage style with high-quality interiors and a love for detail. Antique marble floors, warm wood and soft fabrics make up this unique Lake Garda flair a wonderful holiday feeling. The holiday home offers space for up to five guests and is perfectly equipped. Furthermore, it offers a private entry to the lake. The view of the vineyards with the closed-off veranda facing the lake is like a postcard picture. Experience moments that last. Furnished to make you feel good

Exceptionally spacious and light-flooded living room and adjacent dining room with an antique open fireplace and open-plan kitchen. The upper floor impresses with a beautiful canopy bed with living space and sleeping area and a double room with reading corner. And from all sides you'll enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Garda. Private entry to the lake and a garden shower are also part of the holiday home. A small beach section is only 30 metres from Rustico am Lago.

The holiday home offers a complete and high-quality furnishing: fully fitted kitchen with cutlery, electric stove, baking oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Living area with satellite TV, hi-fi system, guest WC. Veranda with panoramic dining area and sun loungers. Two bedrooms with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV in one of the rooms, cosy Damascus bed linen, cosy Terry towels, basket with beach towels and two bathrooms with shower and WC. Central heating, internet access, bicycle deposit, washing machine and tumble drier and car park available.

Lake Garda is yours

Splendid scenery: clear water, romantic villages and historic alleys. An Alpine mountain world can be admired in the background. Wonderful olive groves, oleander and blooming lemons are characteristic of the Lake Garda panorama. Even Gustav Klimt used to love the Riviera and immortalised Cassone in his picture "Church in Cassone at Lake Garda". This suburb of Malcesine is a jewel of comfort. Enchanting setting far from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers, yet very centrally located. The mild, Mediterranean climate can be enjoyed all year and provides the best prerequisites for a varied holiday and active programme.

Swimming and diving, sailing and surfing, canoeing and kite surfing. Nowhere else is all this better or closer. The safe winds, the protected bays and the numerous sports clubs make Lake Garda one of the best water sport areas in the world.     “geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Rustico direkt vor dem Gardasee. Sehr netter Vermieter, tolle Lage! Rundherum perfekt - es gibt nichts auszusetzen! Positiv: Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Gardasee Negativ: nichts - wir fandes es perfekt!”

    “Das Rustico ist sehr liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet,
    es fehlt an nichts. Cassone ist ein idyllischer Ort mit vielen Moeglichkeiten. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verlebt. Negativ: Die Eigentümer sind zeitweise gleich „nebenan“ und man hat direkten Blickkontakt.”
