Old restored mill of 120 m², with terrace and adjoining park, isolated in the middle of nature. On the ground floor (a few steps up): fitted kitchen, living room (wood stove), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200) (2 beds 90 x 200). Downstairs: shower room (toilet). Private terrace (garden furniture), and summer kitchen (barbecue). Beautiful swimming pool to share, calm, wide open spaces, hiking and mountain biking from the gîte. Shared petanque court. Gîte on the banks of a river, sometimes dry in summer. Private parking. The owner lives on the site, as well as a second gîte for 2 people (66G120701). Access by a dirt track for 200 m, then by a tarmac road. Only one animal allowed.
