The Panoramavilla Bludenz has large glass fronts facing SW in the living rooms.

So you can catch the sun on the deep balconies and terraces and have your meals outside. True to our motto: "Feel the mountains".

The generous, wide living rooms create comfortable space, underlined by several fire places.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed each. One bedroom on the ground floor has a bunk bed and a single bed. Another bedroom upstairs has two bunk beds. The fifth bedroom with two double beds each offers space for four more people. In total, the entire villa has 15 standard beds. 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and a guest toilet on the first floor. 2 fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, make the chefs happy.

The entire property is very spacious - so is its surounding. Our guests are welcome to use the garden. 5 parking spaces are available to guests.

An open living and dining room with Kitchen and a wood burning fireplace is the center of the apartment. The living room couches can also be used as additional sleeping spaces. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single bunk beds. The generously sized dining room table offers plenty of space for meals or as a working space. From the living room you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the City of Bludenz and the impressive alpine mountain range. A sliding glass door leads to a terrace and lawn with an outdoor dining set. Our apartment features a TV, DVD, Radio, Apple TV and WIFI connection free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish washer. The bathroom features a barrier free walk in shower, large mirrors and a sink as well as a washing machine and dryer. The large walk in closet offers plenty of space for your personal belongings including your luggage items.
