It has a large living room where you can watch TV, listen to the radio or music, play games or simply socialise. In winter, you can enjoy the warmth and cosy atmosphere by the wood-burning stove. Cooking is a joy in the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen area. A highlight is the delicious bathroom with underfloor heating and whirlpool for wonderful holiday relaxation. One of the three large bedrooms has a television. One bedroom has access to a partially covered wooden terrace with dining area and parasol.
From the living room you have access to a large, sheltered and sunny wooden terrace with garden furniture including sun loungers for sunbathing and a hammock for a nap in the open air - and a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. Here you can enjoy the sun and fresh air while reading a good book or drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The house is situated on a natural plot just 300 metres from the beautiful and child-friendly Balka beach, where you can spend hours swimming, sunbathing and playing in the sand. You will be close to a very nice summer café. Charming Snogebæk attracts with good restaurants, small sweet shops etc. You can also drive south along the coast to Dueodde with its lighthouse and popular bathing beach or north to Nexø with its beautiful church and butterfly park.
