A beautiful place awaits you during your vacation in this spacious house surrounded by a fenced natural garden. You will even stay here just a few hundred meters from the child-friendly sandy beach on Balka.
There's an open connection between the kitchen and the large living room, so you'll spend much of your time here preparing dinner over a glass of wine, chatting at the dining table in the evening, or relaxing in the upholstered furniture while the fire crackles in the stove. When you return from a fresh autumn trip by the sea, you can hang your clothes in the drying closet and warm yourself by the fireplace while drinking cocoa in the living room. In addition to the three bedrooms, there are two large lofts with mattresses.
On sunny days you can sit nicely on the open terrace with garden furniture while the children play and romp on the lawn.
The house is centrally located on the beautiful Balka beach, where you can spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. At the small harbor you can have a nice ice cream. You are also not far from charming Nexø and it is also highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with many nice stores, restaurants and more.
