Holiday villa by the lake 1

We are offering a dream villa in Sisikon with direct access to the lake! The spacious villa is located directly on Lake Lucerne with idyllic panoramic views of the lake and mountains. You have an unobstructed view of the mountain landscape and the lake. A private bathing area on the lake with bathing ladder is available for your use. The house is fully furnished and modernly equipped. All you need to do is bring your suitcases. On the ground floor is the living area with kitchen and guest WC. Direct access to the private garden, from which you also have direct access to the sunbathing lawn by the lake. The garden is equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms. Depending on the number of persons you have booked the use of the individual bedrooms. If there are 2 people, you have a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate guest WC. For three to six people, you have a second bedroom and a second bathroom. In summer, the stage and holiday resort of Sisikon is particularly popular with kitesurfers, as the fjord-like Lake Uri offers the best wind conditions. Golf enthusiasts also get their money's worth at the 9-hole Axenstein Golf Club in Morschach, 6 kilometres away, from mid-March. Those looking for an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course will find what they are looking for in Andermatt, 35 minutes away by car. A special experience is the nostalgic Rigi trip on the steam locomotive! In winter, you can experience great and unforgettable days of skiing in the nearby ski paradise of Morschach-Stoos or in the largest ski area in Central Switzerland, the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun with more than 120 kilometres of pistes and 24 lifts. Groomed cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hikes and snowshoe trails provide the perfect backdrop for other winter activities. In bad weather, for example, a day trip to the Swiss Holiday Park Morschach is ideal. It is the largest leisure park in Switzerland with a swimming area, water slide, wellness and sports facilities such as bowling, indoor climbing, badminton, squash, billiards, fitness centre and much more. Location description: Sisikon... the jewel on Lake Lucerne

Sisikon Uri (453 metres above sea level) lies on the eastern shore of Lake Uri on the delta of the Riemenstaldnerbach stream. Sisikon borders the Schwyz municipalities of Morschach and Riemenstalden to the north and the Uri municipalities of Flüelen and Bürglen to the south, and the village is overlooked by striking pre-Alpine peaks: the Fronalpstock to the north-east and the Kaiserstock chain to the south-east. Opposite, the lake offers a view of the glacier pyramid of the Urirotstock and the surrounding mountains, and thanks to the mild climate, figs and kiwis thrive in Sisikon.
