The apartment CIB238 has a terrace overlooking the countryside while the apartment CIB239 has a covered terrace with sea view. The lowest ceiling height is about 175 cm. On the shared and spacious plot with fruit trees and vegetable garden, all guests have a barbecue and garden furniture available. Although the property borders on the sea, you can reach the nearest beach in a few minutes on foot. Visit the popular tourist towns of Medulin and Premantura, which can be reached in about ten minutes by car.
