The nice studio (50 square meters) is located at the ground floor of an 8-apartment house with private outdoor terrace and garden. The perfect position in a very quiet quarter provides a great view on the surrounding mountains. Bus stop, cross-country skiing tracks and hiking paths are very close tot he apartment. The sleeping zone is furnished with 2 double beds over the other one (160 cm large) and separable with sliding doors. In the living room you have a sleeping-couch for 2 persons (according to desire) and it includes WiFi, TV and radio. The kitchen is open on the living room and is complete with appliances and accessories. The bathroom provides washbasin, toilet and shower. Washing machine, tumbler and ski/bike-storage room are available in the basement for our guests. The car-parking is reserved in the underground garage. It is a not-smoking apartement and pets are not admitted. A last renovation was performed on 2016.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.Welcome to Engadin St. Moritz.
