Welcome to this cozy cottage in Sjusjøen. There is a marked hiking trail close to the house, which is connected to Sjusjøen's wide network of hiking trails. We recommend a hike to Snøvillen mountain as well as around Sjusjøen lake. If you want to fish, you can pass the time at the many fishing lakes. Here you feel tempted to spend the whole long summer day outside in the pretty mountain scenery. If you want to fill up on beautiful memories, total peace and fresh Begluft, Sjusjøen is the place for you.
Sjusjøen is after all known as a winter destination. The 350 km wide network of prepared cross-country ski trails offers a myriad of great ski tours. It is not without reason that every year the Norwegian national cross-country skiing team goes to Sjusjøen for training camp. Ski school and snow kiting are also offered here. Not far away is Natrudstilen with downhill slopes for the whole family. On a dog sled tour with Sjusjøen Huskytours you will experience the mountain world in a very unique way.
Within half an hour by car you are in Lillehammer, where you can visit the open-air museum Maihaugen, the amusement park Hunderfossen, Badeland, Spieland and much more.
