Your spacious apartment is located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town of Wismar.
Access is through a community hall, from which the staircase leads to the first floor. They come in the large living room of a historic building with cozy furnishings and built-in kitchen. From the living room leads into the bathroom with an attached sauna. Here you can relax after a busy day. The spacious terrace with a view of many, green courtyard gardens, invites you to relax.
All sheep spaces, and the second bathroom with bath, are located on the second floor (roof pitches). You can reach the historic center and the harbor in 5 minutes.
The World Heritage city of Wismar offers all tourist facilities that you can expect. Gently to combine historic old town with pedestrian zone and modern shopping centers. There are numerous historical objects and museums including guides. A modern water park and many public sports venues, countless restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors and a Cinemaxx are available in the area.
On Wismar fine sandy beach in the seaside resort Wendorf You can go swimming, from the port to start tours and fishing trips. In a few minutes you are on the motorway to Schwerin, Rostock, Lübeck or towards the island of Poel. Numerous public events such as the Harbor Festival, the Swedish Festival or Heringstage invite to Wismar.
