The separate living room opens onto a small sun terrace overlooking the communal waterfront. This popular region of France is very rich in history and attracts many very nice museums near Péronne and Albert. The region is also known for its fauna and flora, especially the rare orchids on Mont Frise, where you can picnic and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Somme and its adjacent lakes. Take advantage of the 120 km bike path that connects Saint-Quentin with Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and largely follows the canal. You are sure to encounter herons and rare butterflies along the way. For a small daily fee, the landlord can arrange for you to use a private fishing lake. Visit Arras with its beautiful architecture and cobbled squares, Amiens and its impressive Gothic-style cathedral, or Péronne for its many restaurants, stores and shopping. Due to the proximity to the canal, please pay special attention to your children. A few steps between the living room and the kitchen.
