Holiday House in Cala D'or with Original Fireplace

This pretty villa with wonderful sea views from the upper floor, is situated in a quiet cul de sac street, only 550 m. away to Cala Esmeralda sandy cove, to 750m. to the sandy cove Cala Gran and to Cala D'Or centre with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and night life

Villa Mar Gran is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door. From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area. Renovated and equiped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience. Leading off form the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second bedroom is off from the opposite side of the living room, a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent. From the dining area, a stair leads to the upper floor that enjoy fabulous open sea views. Here there is a living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that connect to a terrace with fantastic sea views. From the living room we access to a bright double bedroom with en suite shower-room. The bedroom has large sliding doors to the terrace with great sea views and also the shower room has access to a small terrace. The upper floor also has access through an exterior stair.

Outside the well furnished split-level terraces with a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals with open sea views. Close to the terrace there is a kidney shaped pool, which has a shallow end for children. There is a well kept lawned garden with palm trees and bushes.

    “+ top Lage, sehr ruhiges Quartier. Grosszügige Räume, Licht durchflutet. Gut ausgestattet.

    - Eingangstüre vom Haus ist sehr desolat! Am Morgen weckt man alle wenn man die Türe öffnet! Im ganzen Haus hat es nur 1 kleiner Radiator! 1. Zimmer unten links von der Treppe:Dusche undicht, Wasser läuft raus, immer alles nass. Zum Teil sind Steckdosen/Strom locker. Poolmeister: wirft seine Zigarettenstummel einfach auf den Boden/ Rasen! Das ganze Haus war sehr staubig, Küche/ Wand beim Kochbereich fettig. Fenster allgemeinschmutzig.
    Trotz allem würden wir wieder diese Finca mieten.”

    “Furnishings were very good including outside pool furniture. Excellent location. Garden very well maintained. Kitchen well equipped and spotless clean making it a pleasant place to be.. The whole villa was extremely clean. The family of 5 adults and one baby had a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday and hope to return again.”

    Det enda som vi tyckte kunde vara bättre var ute grillen. Den var liten och ganska sliten.

    “Ett jättefint hus med ett fantastiskt läge precis vid havet.
    Vi var 7 stycken som bodde i det och allt var bra.
    Välutrustat kök.
    Vissa rum börjar att bli lite slitna och alla sängarna var inte de bästa.
    Fin trädgård med lagom stor pool.
    Flera altaner och uteplatser.
    Gångavstånd till badvikar och centrum.”
