Finca with three holiday homes with a garden and a community pool in a gorgeous setting

Nice and quiet Villa with communal pool. This Finca is located in a unique, quiet location in the picturesque town of Conil de la Frontera in the south east of the Cadiz Province, surrounded by beautiful nature.



There are three different houses available for rent at this Villa. They may be rented all together for a big groups/families or just separate for a single couple. They are all fully furnished inside and outside of the houses. Two of the houses accommodate up to six people each and they are attached, having a furnished front and a back patio with barbecues. The other one accommodates up to ten guests, it has a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, two nice verandas and a solarium on top. The swimming pool area and its garden are communally used. Wireless internet access is available.



The location is ideal to walk to the beach, shops and the town centre. The beaches are amongst the most beautiful beaches in Spain and the pine forest offers a great environment for hiking, bicycling or horseback riding. Enjoy the culinary variety, including fish while staying here.



Located at the entrance of the beautiful town of Conil de la Frontera in the south west of the Cadiz Province. At just 2 kms. to the beach and much less to downtown.



Country home with two patios and a garden

This beautiful country house accommodates up to twelve people on two floors. The doors are security doors and the property has an alarm system; but don't feel unsafe - the area is absolutely safe. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom, upstairs, is furnished with a double and two single beds and the third, downstairs, bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The second bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen on the ground floor is furnished with a sofa bed for two, a flat screen satellite television, a fireplace and a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen has an island in the middle and is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and ironing equipment and is next to the kitchen. There is wardrobe in the entranceway to hang your jackets.

The private 500m2 property offers plenty of room for the entire family. There are two covered patios, each furnished with a table and chairs. There is a stone grill, sun loungers and a sun shade for your enjoyment. Parking for two cars is available.
