This house is located in the hamlet of Les Erpigny. This typical Ardennes farmhouse has been recently renovated and is equipped with a luxurious interior. The town of La Roche, with the medieval castle ruins and the wandering ghost of Berthe, is located just 15 km away from the house. Durbuy, the smallest town in the world where interesting events such as Christmas markets, Valentine's Day celebrations, flea markets, the Chocolate Festival and many others are conducted almost every weekend, is also located 15 km away. Erpigny is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips. You will find an abundance of bicycle and hiking trails and many other attractions here. Within a radius of 5 km from the house you can visit a traditional chocolate shop or take a ride on an original Ardennes tram through the forest. The house is beautifully decorated and has a large dining room with an open kitchen. It also has a bar with a pool table, table football and other games. The cosy lounge is ideal for social gatherings. A reading area is set up on the mezzanine floor above the living room where you can relax in peace. The smaller rooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. On the second floor there is a dormitory, with admirable half-timbered oak beams. The former bakery now houses a sauna. The huge fenced garden has a south-facing terrace and a large play area. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner and with a possible additional deposit. Groups of people under 30 are not permitted.
