The accommodation is suitable for four to five people. The ground floor of around 46m² comprises a living room with a tiled fireplace stove, flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a radio, books and games. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and dining corner. The bathroom next to it has a bath and WC. The upper floor of around 40m² comprises a double bedroom and a two-bed room. Both bedrooms open onto the south-facing balcony. There is a little storage room with a ski boot dryer in the basement. Wireless Internet access, bed linen and hand towels are included.
This detached, non-smoking house stands in the middle of the Ötz Valley, in Umhausen (1035 metres above sea level), on a sunny and fenced site, with two private car parking spaces. The little house, on a side street, provides the ideal setting to relax and enjoy a holiday.
Owing to the central location, it is only a three to five-minute walk to the centre, the bakery, a doctor and a pharmacy, a grocery shop, restaurants and a bus stop. In summer it is an ideal starting point for lovely walks and mountain tours. The natural lake, the Ötzi village, the Stuibenfall (highest waterfall in Tyrol), a tennis court etc. are just a few minutes’ walk away. Leisure parks, swimming pools, wellness centres (Aqua Dome), canyoning, climbing, riding etc are all available in the vicinity. In winter the free ski bus takes you to the most beautiful skiing and cross-country skiing areas in the Ötz Valley, to Sölden, Hochötz and Niederthal.
The garden, outdoor area and car parking space total around 400m² and the site is fenced. Garden furniture, a parasol, garden loungers and a garden grill are provided.
