Holiday home with ping-pong at Bozkovske Caves

The detached holiday home built in 2003 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Location
Bozkov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden fenced on 3 sides. The cosily furnished Holiday House is located in a small town in the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) Foothills. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Special
central heating, underfloor heating. (Underfloor heating - for heating only). In winter, the fireplace is heated in the fireplace with ventilation to the next room. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid June to mid September, diameter 3,66 m, depth 0,91 m).

Ground floor: Living room (64 sqm) with sitting area, TV, tiled stove, radio, dining area and access to the terrace (36 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs, parasol, together with eat-in kitchen). Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (8 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (16 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 additional beds (only suitable for children), 1 cot and access to the balcony (12 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.

    “Het interieur is goed, grote huiskamer en grote slaapkamers, douche en toilet in de badkamer zijn aan de krappe kant. Toilet boven heeft te weinig ventilatie.

    De ligging is goed je hebt een rustig maar leuk uitzicht over het lager gelegen deel van het dorp en de landerijen er achter.

    Het huis was zeer goed schoon gehouden, de tuin wordt goed onderhouden.”
